  • 1. Scope of Work
    Totalfix agrees to provide painting, maintenance, renovation, and related services as outlined in the approved quotation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate variation and cost.
    2. Quotations & Pricing
    All quotations are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before commencement. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    3. Payment Terms
    Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue. Late payments may attract interest charges.
    4. Cancellations
    Cancellations must be provided in writing. Where work has commenced, you may be liable for costs already incurred.
    5. Warranty & Consumer Rights
    All work is carried out in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Totalfix provides workmanship warranties as required under South Australian law.
    6. Liability & Insurance
    Totalfix maintains $10 million Public Liability Insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the contract and excludes consequential or indirect loss.
    7. Health & Safety
    All works are performed in compliance with South Australian Work Health & Safety (WHS) laws. Customers must ensure safe site access.
    8. Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

  • 1. Engagement
    The subcontractor is engaged by Totalfix on a contract basis and is not an employee. Work is carried out under the Totalfix brand, following company standards.
    2. Licensing & Insurance
    The subcontractor must hold valid trade licences (where applicable) and maintain appropriate insurance, including workers compensation and liability cover.
    3. Payment Terms
    Subcontractors will be paid within 14 days of Totalfix receiving payment from the client, unless otherwise agreed.
    4. Quality & Standards
    All work must comply with Australian Standards, South Australian building regulations, and Totalfix quality requirements.
    5. WHS & Compliance
    Subcontractors must follow South Australian WHS laws and site safety policies.
    6. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
    The subcontractor must not contact Totalfix clients or agencies directly for private work for at least 12 months after completing a project for Totalfix.
    7. Termination
    Totalfix may terminate the subcontract if the subcontractor fails to meet standards, deadlines, or compliance requirements.
    8. Jurisdiction
    This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia.

  • 1. Services Provided
    Totalfix agrees to deliver property maintenance, repairs, and renovation services to agency clients as directed by the agency.
    2. Client Relationship
    All clients referred remain clients of the agency. Totalfix will not approach them directly for unrelated work unless approved by the agency.
    3. Pricing & Invoicing
    Agreed pricing and fixed quotations will be provided in advance. Invoices will be issued to the agency or directly to the client, as agreed in writing.
    4. Standards & Compliance
    All works will be completed in line with South Australian building, plumbing, and electrical regulations, and comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
    5. Insurance & Liability
    Totalfix holds $10 million Public Liability Insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the project. Agencies are responsible for ensuring accurate work orders and client instructions.
    6. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith between the parties. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation in South Australia.
    7. WHS & Site Safety
    Totalfix will comply with South Australian WHS laws and expects agencies to provide accurate property access and tenant notifications.
    8. Jurisdiction
    This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia.
